This month we had visions for a giving plate. This poem was written here at Bended Knee Christmas Tree Farm, along with the design, but Carnaeder Design and Machine from Monmouth, Illinois put in the real work and were able to engrave it onto your plate, bringing our visions to life. On the back we burned our logo into the wood and are excited to see these plates travel the world, as the giving continues each year. Each plate is unique and the wooden pattern will be different. They are Acacia, round, 12 inch, wooden, dinner plates weighing just under a pound with a 6" lip. Please do not place in your dishwasher but rather, wash with soap and warm water then wipe with a clean cloth. The plates are sanded smooth and naturally sealed to protect the wood from dampness and is food grade safe and non toxic. They consist of several pieces of wood put together to prevent warping and last longer than bamboo and glass items. Please send us pictures of what you choose to send off on your plate! Time to get creative.
